This is definitely a question that I have been thinking about more as I am getting older. I have a bit of an addition with my iPad. Actually, just over the weekend, my iPad died and I thought that I was going to go crazy. It didn’t take long and I was on my way to the local Apple store to buy a new one.
Back to the question – are they bad for your eyesight? There actually was a very recent interview with Dr. Pang from Trinity Eye Care about this very subject. Take a listen here.
